Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act) 2023, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data from our systems. MaintenancePay is committed to respecting your data privacy rights.

Who Can Submit a Request?

Residents: If your personal data (name, phone, email, flat number) was uploaded by your society's committee administrator
Committee Administrators: If you want to delete your admin account and all associated data
Website Visitors: If you submitted a contact form, chatbot interaction, or any other personal information

What Data Can Be Deleted?

Personal identification data (name, email, phone number)
Account and profile information
Communication history and support tickets
Chatbot conversation data
Website analytics data linked to your identity

Note: Transaction records and GST receipts may be retained for up to 7 years as required by Indian tax and accounting laws, even after account deletion. This data will be anonymised where possible.
